The History
In August 1909, a merchant named Bui Huy Tin accidentally rediscovered the hot mineral spring of Vinh Hao.
On January 28, 1928, due to the assessment that the quality of this mineral spring was as good as that of the world-famous Vichy mineral water of France, the Société Civile D’Etudes Des Eaux Minérals De Vinh Hao Company began to exploit and commercialize it.
Vinh Hao mineral water was launched on the market
In October 1930, Vinh Hao produced at a capacity of 3,000 liters/hour. This was the first time Vietnam had a mineral water product named Vichy – Vinh Hao, which occupied the largest market share in the Vietnamese market at that time.

Not stopping there, Vinh Hao continues to expand to Indochina countries and export to demanding markets such as the US, Australia, Canada and Taiwan… affirming its international class.
New brand image
With a new development orientation, the Board of Directors and all staff of Vinh Hao Mineral Water Joint Stock Company are making constant efforts to reaffirm the pioneering position of the Vietnamese brand that has been trusted and loved by consumers for over 80 years.
Along with restructuring the operating apparatus, Vinh Hao has also boldly invested, innovated technology, imported the most advanced and automatic production lines from the US and Poland to meet the increasing needs of customers. The criteria of “Safety, hygiene and quality” are always the top concern of Vinh Hao. In order to bring the best quality products to consumers, the Company has taken the lead in building a quality management system according to international standards.
Vinh Hao Mineral Water has been registered for product quality with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and has been recognized as a product that meets quality standards for export to the United States.
Sustainable development
In 1928, French scientists discovered the excellent quality of Vinh Hao mineral spring in Tuy Phong district – Binh Thuan province. Since then, Vichy – Vinh Hao mineral water products were born and occupied the largest market share in the Vietnamese market at that time. Not stopping there, Vinh Hao mineral water was also exported to demanding markets such as the US, Australia, Canada, Taiwan, … and soon affirmed its international class.
However, not everyone knows that Vinh Hao is the only mineral water in Vietnam that has been researched and evaluated by French experts as being on par with the world-famous Vichy mineral water.
